1. How to add a listing?
To post a property, follow these steps:
- Log in to your personal account or register.
- Click the “Post Your Ad” button at the top of the site.
- Fill in all required fields: property type, address, price, and description.
- Upload high-quality photos (at least 5 for best results).
- Click “Publish”. Your listing will be sent for moderation.
2. How to boost your listing to the VIP?
To find a buyer or tenant faster, you can use our paid services:
- VIP Status: pins the property in a special block on the home page.
- Top Status: pins the property in a special block on the home page.
- Boost Up: returns your listing to the first page of search results.
3. Why hasn’t my listing appeared on the site yet?
Every new listing is manually reviewed by a moderator. This usually takes from 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. If your listing violates the “Terms of Use”, it may be rejected with an explanation sent to your e-mail.
4. How to make your listing attractive?
Properties with detailed descriptions (floor, wall material, nearby infrastructure) and professional photos get 5 times more inquiries. Don’t forget to set the correct geolocation on the map!
